  • Custom or personalized nose rings (if offered) are final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable—this aligns with industry standards (e.g., Lucasgift, Antler Rings policies).

2.2 Order Placement & Acceptance

  • When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., if products are out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraud).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Eligibility: Most non-custom, unused, and unopened nose rings may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exceptions: Used/pierced jewelry, personalized items, and final-sale products are non-returnable.
  • Fees: A $7 shipping/handling fee applies to standard returns (waived if the return is due to our error, e.g., wrong item shipped). A $75 “signs of wear fee” may be charged for damaged or worn items returned (per Antler Rings industry practice).

  • Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Flushing, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
